Project Location

Chatham Island Wave Power Project proposed  to be located near Point Durham on Chatham Island at lat 44.03S; long 176.68W.

The site has a SW and W aspect, shelves off steeply to deep water close to shore, is adjacent to flat farmland allowing easy site access and is located approx 1.0 km from an existing underground 11kV line on Waitangi Tuku Road.  See Shoreline
